Urban Peak is a Colorado-based nonprofit dedicated to helping youth experiencing homelessness and housing instability. Their mission is clear and urgent: to ignite the potential in youth to overcome homelessness and achieve self-sufficiency.
Through a comprehensive continuum of care — including shelter, housing, education, employment services, and mental health support — Urban Peak meets young people where they are and helps guide them toward a safer, more stable future. Meeting Needs. Building Futures.
Urban Peak serves youth ages 15–24 who are navigating some of the most difficult circumstances imaginable — from abuse and neglect to poverty, trauma, and systemic barriers. Their programs are designed to empower young people with the tools, support, and dignity they need to change their lives.
Their services include:
- Emergency shelter and transitional housing
- Street outreach and case management
- Mental health and substance use counseling
- GED and educational support
- Job readiness and life skills training
